Polices 

1. We deliver worldwide. Delivery charges
are applicable.

2. Our Studio is in PCSIR PHASE 2 Lahore,
Pakistan. You can visit by appointment.
You may inbox us to schedule your
appointment.

3. You may look at our designs, by
clicking at Photos, go to albums and
scroll through all the pictures. For price
and queries send us the images in inbox.

4.To book your order, we take 50 percent
advance payment and 50% before delivery
day.

5. International Customers can send
payments through Western Union, Direct
Bank Transfer, Moneygram, RIA or
Express Money. Local customers can
send payment through Bank Transfer,
Jazz Cash or by dropping at the studio.

6. Nationwide courier delivery is done by
TCS. International Delivery is done by
Skynet or DHL.

7. We pack the clothes before we
dispatch from the studio, however
sometimes the customs may open the
packages in some countries, for which
the company is not responsible.

8. There is no fund/exchange policy, if
you decide to cancel your order after the
booking; your advance will not be
returned. Complete clearance of dues is
required before we dispatch your order
from the studio.

9. We will not be responsible for error in
fittings if wrong measurements are sent
by the customer. Therefore double check
all the measurements before sending it to
us because the fitting of your outfit will
depend on it.

10. Taking pictures of the designs at the
studio is not allowed.

11. If you dont show up or pay within
40 days after the committed delivery date
then we dont take any responsibility of
your dress.
